About Carsten
Carsten is a passionate evangelist for the Future of Work, Digital Evolution and Agile Business Operations. He is an experienced serial entrepreneur with a professional background of working in B2B Internet and Enterprise IT companies – both within startups and large international corporations.
For his work with one of his companies (tocario), he has been awarded a number of prizes and honors including „Most Outstanding Software Company“, „Business Excellence Award – Germany“ for four times in a row as well as „Techtour 36“ naming the 36 most innovative companies in Europe.
Entrepreneur
Since 1998 Carsten has established more than 10 companies and projects in various industries and markets. Currently, he spends much of his time building and scaling his e-commerce, and real-estate companies.
Mentor
Carsten advises boards of directors and executives to help them master digital growth. One of his first businesses was a coaching company. Mentoring others is an integral part of being an entrepreneur. As a passionate evangelist for digital and agile business models, he is always building new strategies and business models. He is also the creator of the CLR Strategy™️ for business innovation and process optimization.
Digital Evangelist
Technology has always been an integral cornerstone of all endeavors. Among other technology start-ups, Carsten founded a virtualization technology startup and a HighTech Business Campus as a Startup Incubator. He is considered to be a Tech-Head.
