Hello, I am Carsten – Serial Entrepreneur, Venture Builder, Business Development Executive and real estate enthusiast. Over the past decades I have had the opportunity and honor to work with highly talented teams across the globe. We have built digital businesses from Consulting, to Enterprise Software to Cloud Providers to E-Commerce platforms. Being passionate about Teams and Startups I even initiated a startup campus for technology companies to foster co-working and business acceleration.

I live and breathe Digital business. The digital world confronts us with new topics every day, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics and Future Mobility. Terms like “Artificial” or “Augmented” are changing the business world.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of companies without access to digital knowledge. These companies risk falling behind in the highly agile world of today’s business.

The coaching itself is a one-day session, where you will learn from real-world examples how to design, implement and scale digital growth in your organization. To get the most value out of your DEC, each coaching session is reserved for small groups of no more than 6 participants.

Essential DiscoveryWorkshop.

The ED Workshop is an 16-hour workshop to discover your Company, Marketing, Sales, and Culture soul. Most companies today are stuck in the “business as usual” treadmill, which quickly can become the road to declining business. Split into several modules of coaching, self-paced sessions, and feedback rounds, we will look into what the essential soul of your company is, work on your market segments, your positioning, and how to address and find your prospects. This Workshop is best suited for groups of up to 6 participants.

After an initial discussion via phone you can decide if you want to initiate a workshop.
We will decide on a schedule to suite your time slots.
We will hold the different blocks of the workshop spread across a minimum of 2 days.
You will get some "homework" in between the workshops.
After 2 months time we will have a catch up to validate progress.

Digital Evolution®Remote.

DE Remote is an 8 hour session split into several modules of coaching and feedback rounds, where you will learn from real-world examples how to design, implement and scale digital growth in your organization. These Remote Sessions are best suited for individual coachings.

How does it work?

Contact us with your thoughts and questions about becoming or growing digital.
After initial contact you can decide if you want to start remote coaching.
We will prepare the coaching in line with your challenges.
We will decide on a schedule to suite your time slots.
The sessions will be used to transfer knowledge to you and work on your individual challenges.
You will get some "homework" to initiate change.
After 2 months time we will have a catch up to validate progress.
